Services for Organisations

The system is running.
But no longer stable.

I work with managing directors, owners and leaders — and directly with the teams where it matters. Wherever the company has stalled. Right in the middle of it.

When I get called
  • Decisions are made — but no one follows through.
  • Everyone sees the problem. No one addresses it.
  • The company is growing. The structures can't keep up.
  • The leadership realises: I'm part of the problem.

It's not knowledge that's missing.
It's clarity in the system.

Most companies I work with know what isn't working. Sometimes they even know why. The problem lies elsewhere — in the system itself. And in the fact that no one names it clearly.

Leaders are promoted because they excel technically. They often haven't yet grown into the leadership role — because no one has shown them how.

Decisions are made and reopened three weeks later.

Teams function day-to-day. When it matters, no one pulls together.

Conflicts are palpable. They're not talked about.

The company grows. The structures don't. What used to run without coordination now stalls.

The managing director realises: I'm part of the problem.

This is not failure — this is an organisation that has grown faster than its rules of the game. It then takes someone who looks from the outside, without regard for what you'd rather not see.

Project-based. On real issues. Inside the system.

I work inside the day-to-day — together with the people, at the points where it counts. If input is missing, we work it out, and then we go where the company needs it most.

Not every topic needs all three stages. Sometimes a single training is enough. Sometimes the work carries on for months. The topic decides — not a standard package.

01

Clarification Phase

I look at the system, ask questions and make visible what is actually going on, even when the surface tells a different story. Without an audit and without a questionnaire — that is the starting point.

02

On-the-job Coaching · Training · Strategy Workshops

We work on concrete situations, with leadership teams, key individuals or the employees themselves. Pick-my-brain when things need to move fast. A workshop when the team needs to be on board. Training series when a topic needs structured input: from leadership basics for newly appointed leaders to communication and difficult conversations within the team. The standard stays the same — something is different in everyday work afterwards.

03

Support Over Several Months

Regular sessions, targeted interventions in daily operations, 1:1 work with everyone who needs it — from management to key people in the system. The goal is implementation. Not insight.

Less friction. More direction.

  • Decisions are made more clearly and quickly
  • Roles and responsibilities are clear — and lived out
  • Meetings lead to outcomes rather than repetition
  • Conflicts are named and resolved
  • Leaders lead again. Management regains access to its own system.
Honestly.

This doesn't show up in the final report.

It shows up in everyday life: fewer coordination loops, fewer escalations, more implementation, clearer priorities.

I'm not right for everything.

I don't take responsibility for results that lie within the company itself. I show what is. The rest is yours.

If your topic lies elsewhere — tax, law, succession, financing, IT — I say so early and put you in touch with someone I have already worked with. I would rather make an honest referral than take on work that isn't mine.

If you want to buy a ready-made solution, I'm not the right fit. I work with those who are willing to look.

The questions that come up in the first call anyway.

+What makes you different from a classic consulting firm?

The shortest answer: I have carried responsibility for what I talk about — most recently around 200 employees across three plants running in shifts. So I don't just analyse process steps, I analyse the system behind them: roles, communication, decision paths. I look for the cause beneath the symptom, and I bring an opinion of my own instead of merely facilitating. What ends up on the table are assessments and measures you can work with on Monday.

+How much time will this take from me and my leadership team?

Honest answer: it depends on the topic. Strategy support lives on a few well-prepared sessions with the leadership team; support in live operations spreads over months and costs time in small doses rather than in one block. One limit I can name: a training shorter than two full working days is homeopathy. Changing behaviour takes time to practise and repeat. We define the concrete scope in the initial call.

+How will we know after three months whether it's working?

My first question back: what would you want to see change? That is exactly what we define at the start — goals first, then measures, and from that follows what change should become visible in. Typical signs from projects: fewer coordination loops, meetings that produce results, decisions that actually get implemented. But the yardstick is yours, not mine — and it is set before the real work begins.

+How confidential is what employees tell you one-on-one?

One hundred percent. What someone shares with me in a one-on-one stays there — professionally and cleanly, without exception. Management learns how the process is progressing, but not what was said. This work does not function any other way: in that room it must be possible to say what is really going on — otherwise we are working with facades.

+Why are there no client names next to the projects?

The homepage shows a selection of the companies I have worked with. What I did for each of them is not on there. The topics range from strategy and processes through training to leadership and conflict, and some of it is nobody's business outside the company. That is why the example projects are anonymised — starting point, format, outcome, without attribution. In the initial call I will answer any question about them, as concretely as confidentiality allows.

+What does it cost?

Projects start in the four-figure range and develop with scope and depth. There is no price list, because no two projects are alike: a two-day training is something different from twelve months of ongoing support. After the initial call you get a concrete offer for your concrete case.

+What happens if it doesn't work?

Then I want to know — immediately, not at the end. I cannot adjust course if I do not know what is stuck. If an approach is not working, we change it; if it turns out I am the wrong person for the topic, I will be the first to say so. Honesty in the moment instead of a verdict afterwards — I expect that from myself as much as from the client.

+Do you work alone?

I do the work myself — no team in between, no junior consultants taking over the project. That does not make me a lone operator: where a topic is not mine, I bring someone in, and I also work as part of larger engagements when leadership and structure are the piece that is missing.

Initial Call

than any website.

30 minutes. No charge. I understand your situation — you understand how I work. Afterwards we both know whether it's a fit. The investment depends on scope and duration: projects start in the four-figure range and develop according to depth.
