You're stuck.
The system is too.
I work with people within organisations — whether employee, leader, or managing director. Whoever is stuck slows the system. Whoever gains clarity changes more than just themselves.
- It's running. But something hasn't been right for a while.
- You know what you want — but can't get there.
- You carry responsibility. And you sense you're stuck.
- On the outside it works. Inside, something is pulling in the wrong direction.
The problem rarely lies
in technical skills.
Whoever is stuck usually has no knowledge gap. The issues are rarely technical — they are human. Inner lack of clarity acts directly outward: in decisions, communication, collaboration. And the system feels it, regardless of the level.
You know what needs to be done. But you don't do it — or keep doing it differently.
Conversations don't go the way you want. You don't say what you mean.
You take on too much — or are left with responsibility you weren't prepared for.
You sense that your impact in the team isn't what you imagine it to be.
You're functioning. But something has been pulling in the wrong direction for a while.
Sometimes one person who is stuck is enough to bring an entire system to a standstill.
This is not weakness — it is the natural effect of someone working in a complex system without a clear inner foundation. That is exactly where the work begins.
Two paths. The same work.
Sometimes the initiative comes from the organisation. Sometimes from the person themselves. Both are possible — the work is the same.
The organisation sees
where someone is stuck.
A leader, a key employee, someone in a new role — the company notices something isn't working. I'm brought in to work directly with the person. With a goal, a timeframe, and impact on the system.
The person realises themselves
that something isn't right.
No external commission. The person comes themselves — because they sense they're going in circles, stuck, or can't move forward. The focus is always on everyday work. This is not private coaching — this is work with impact.
On real situations. With real relevance.
There is no abstract personality work with me. I work on what moves the person day-to-day — decisions, conversations, roles, conflicts, always in relation to the situation within the organisation.
1:1 Work
We work directly on what is blocking the person: decisions, communication, impact, role. The conversation doesn't end with understanding, but with the next concrete situation.
Working on Concrete Situations
An upcoming conversation, a difficult decision, a new role: we work on what is burning right now. I'm the sparring partner when it matters.
Support Over a Defined Period
Regular sessions over several months. I stay involved — and intervene at points where everyday life shows things still aren't right. With impact the organisation feels.
Inner clarity.
Outward impact.
- The person knows what they want — and acts accordingly
- Conversations run clearer, more direct, with less effort
- Responsibility is taken — rather than managed or avoided
- Conflicts are tackled in a structured way instead of side-stepped
- The impact on the team changes noticeably
- The system benefits — less friction, more implementation
This doesn't show up in personality tests.
It shows up in who moves through their working day with more clarity after a month.
I'm not right for everything.
I don't work on personality as an end in itself. And I don't separate "private person" from "employee" — whoever works with me brings both. The focus always remains on everyday life within the organisation.
- No private coaching without organisational relevance — that's klarheitswanderer.de
- No work without willingness to examine your own impact
- No coaching as a substitute for decisions only the person can make
- Not for people seeking confirmation rather than clarity
Whoever is willing to look — at themselves, at their own impact, at what is really going on — that's who I work with.
